Have a property that you just need to share with your client? We have an easy way for you to send a property link to your client and any other interested party!

You can share a property link via text, email, or chat with a couple of quick clicks! We’ll go over how to share a property in the article below. 

Share a Property with Your Client

To quickly send a property to your client, simply click Refer to Client on the property details page. 

You’ll be brought to the Refer this property section. Click the Select dropdown and select all the clients you want to refer the property to. You can add multiple clients. 

 If you would like to refer the property to all of your clients, use the Select all Clients checkbox. 

If you realize you forgot a client, click Add another client to include more. 

Once you’ve selected the correct clients, add a message you want to include with the property in the Notes section. 

When you’re done, click Send. 

Your client will get a notification just like they do for normal chat messages. You can add any other information you want the client to know in the chat as well.

Share a Property with Someone Else

Want to share a property with someone not on the app? No problem! On the property details page, click Share. 

Depending on your device, a window will open with the default sharing options of your device to share the link via another app or email. 

When someone clicks the link, they’ll be brought to the property details page you shared.
