Notification Types for Agents & Leads

Our platform sends various notifications to keep both real estate agents and their clients informed about important events. These notifications may be sent via Email, SMS, Push Notification, or through notes added via CRM integration.

Below is a breakdown of the notifications each group can expect, along with the delivery methods available.

 

Agent-Facing Notifications

These notifications are triggered by client activities or system events and are delivered to agents (or, in the case of a CRM integration, a note posted to the relevant lead's detail page).

These notifications are sent directly to clients (leads) to keep them updated on agent communications and platform activities.

Notification Channel Key

  • Email – Standard email messages sent to the registered address.

  • SMS – Text messages sent to the registered mobile number.

  • Push – Instant push notifications sent via the mobile app.

  • CRM – Automatic data push to CRM systems or Zapier integrations for workflow automation.


💡 Note: “Optional” means the recipient can choose to enable or disable these notifications in their preferences.
