When you look through properties or go to showings, you may want to write down important information or comments from your client. You may also want to keep a record of your own thoughts on a property for later reference. Using our app, you can create and keep notes on every property!

In this article, we’ll go over how to add notes to a property and manage them. 

Note: Want to keep even more information on a property? You can rate properties and upload pictures and videos of properties too!

Add Notes on a Property 

When you look at a properties details page, scroll down to find the Notes section. Enter any information you want to remember in the field below. 

You can format your text to make information stand out. You can bold or italicize text. To turn text into a heading, use H1 or H2. To create a quote with text, select the desired text and click the quotation marks. 

When you’re done, click Save to keep your notes. 

You can edit notes at any time by clicking the field and entering new text. Just make sure to save any changes when you’re done!
