Through your app, you can share your trusted vendors with clients to help them during and after their transactions. Vendors are created and maintained at the admin level. 

There are several default categories of vendors, such as mortgage lenders and plumbers, that you can use. 

The hierarchy of the vendor section is with Vendor tabs. Tabs can be used flexibly to share vendors of a specific location (i.e. San Diego vs. San Francisco) or of a specific agent/team (i.e. if internal teams have different preferred mortgage lenders), or of a specific type (i.e. residential vs. commercial)

You can assign a vendor tab to specific agents, meaning that the tab and its associated vendors will only be visible to that agent’s clients. You can also allow agents to hide tabs from their clients.

Set Up Trusted Vendors

On a mobile device, hit the menu button in the top right. 

For desktops, look at the left navigation bar. Scroll to the Admin view section and click Global Settings. In the dropdown, select Trusted Vendors.

The Global Vendors page will open. Use the search bar at the top to select the desired vendor tab if there is more than one.
