Overview
Once you Integrate Sierra with Ruuster you’ll have all of the information from your app in your CRM. Any actions clients take in the app, such as saving searches, sending messages, and more - can all be seen in Sierra. You can even take certain actions such as inviting clients to the app directly in Sierra.
In this article, we’ll go over the information Ruuster displays in Sierra and some actions you can take.
Client Information
In the left Summary tab, you can see the client's contact information and any details they provided about their home search.
This information is based on what the client entered in the app. You can update and manage the information in Sierra and the changes will automatically push to your app.
Note: Clients who sign up in your app will be matched with clients in your CRM by e-mail address and/or phone number. If the client is not yet in your CRM, a new contact record will be created automatically.
Create and Manage Saved Searches
By opening a client profile in Sierra, you can click the Searches tab and add and manage saved searches for a client.
To make a new search, click Create E-Alert in order
In the new window, select the criteria for your search.
Click Save Search when you’re done. This creates a saved search in Sierra and also updates and adds the search inside the Ruuster app.
To edit a search, click the pencil icon next to the desired search.
To remove a search, click the X.
See Client Viewed Properties
When Sierra is integrated with Ruuster, the Properties tab will show every property viewed by the client, whether through the Ruuster app or Sierra. This makes your dashboard a one-stop shop to see all properties your client is interested in.
Note: With the IDX integration, automations such as a client viewing a property five times, will trigger whether the views are done on Sierra or Ruuster.
You can also view any listings saved by the client under Saved Listings, this contains properties saved using the Sierra IDX and the Ruuster app.
View Client Activity
On the Summary tab in the History section, you can see a record of all actions taken by a client in the app, from messages sent to education articles viewed.
Tags
Tags can be used to perform actions, such as to invite a client or to help you categorize and filter your clients.
Some tags are auto-generated when an action happens in the Ruuster app. For example, when a client completes their profile to sign up for the app, the App signup completed tag will appear.
Other tags you can add yourself to prompt an action.
To add a tag, locate the Tags section and click the plus sign. Select the tag(s) you want to add.
To remove a tag, simply click the X next to the tag name.
You can use tags in creative ways to create automated processes or easily find and filter clients.
