Overview

Trusted Vendors are vendors clients may find helpful in the process of getting a new home or caring for a new home. 

There are several default categories of vendors, such as mortgage lenders and plumbers, that you can use. The exception is if your admin has set up vendor tabs. Vendor tabs have their own separate categories and vendors. 

The trusted vendors that appear for your clients depend on what your admin assigned to you. Depending on the permissions given by your admin, you may be able to hide a tab of vendors from your clients. This is helpful if one of the sets of trusted vendors is too far away to be a good recommendation for your target market. 

In this article, we will go over how to hide and redisplay trusted vendor tabs.  

Note: If you want certain vendors to show, please be in contact with your account admin who can help you set up a custom list of vendors for your clients to see.

Access Trusted Vendors 

On a mobile device, hit the menu button in the top right. 

For desktops, look at the left navigation bar. Select Trusted Vendors.

This opens the Vendor Tab page.

View Vendors in a Tab 

To look at what vendors are in a tab, click Open Tab next to the vendor name. 

You’ll be able to go through all the categories in the tab and look at any vendors assigned to them. 

Hide a Trusted Vendor Tab

If you have been given permission, you can click the Hide button to keep a tab and its vendors hidden from your clients.

To make the tab visible again, click Show.
