Add User to Ruuster

Invite a new user from Follow Up Boss to Ruuster.

Open user's record

Expand the Ruuster widget in Follow Up Boss.

Invite a client
Select Invite a new client and fill in user details.

Send the invite
Click Send Invitation to complete the process.

Let's Do It Together!

Step 1: Expand the Ruuster Widget

  1. Open a person's record in Follow Up Boss.

  2. Click the square with the arrow in the Ruuster embedded widget to expand it.

You will see the Ruuster app interface for inviting users.

Step 2: Invite a New Client

  1. Click Invite a new client.

  2. Copy and paste the user's first name, last name, email, and phone number from Follow Up Boss.

All user information is now in the invitation form.

Step 3: Send Invitation

  1. Click Send Invitation to invite the user.

The user will receive an invitation to download the app and create an account.
