When clients are sent an invitation to the app, they sometimes lose the invitation email or have trouble receiving the text message. 

To solve this, admins can easily resend invitations to clients by following the steps below.

Resend Client Invites

Open the Client Activity page to get started. If you’re not sure how to find the Client Activity page, see our article Find and View all Client Activity for a quick tutorial. 

Use the search bar at the top to find the desired client. You can also click the Outstanding Invites filter to quickly see all clients that have not yet finished signing up.

A client who hasn’t signed up will have the Not Signed-Up notice. Click the Resend Invite button.

The selected client will receive another link to finish creating their account. Once a user has signed up, they will have the status: Signed-Up!
