Overview

When a new agent is added to your app, they’ll receive a text and email with their login credentials and a link to the app. Sometimes, new agents lose the invitation email or have trouble receiving the text message. 

In that case, admins can easily resend invitations to new agents by following the steps below.

 

Resend Team Member Invites

To get started, log in to your app. 

On a mobile device, hit the menu button in the top right.

For desktops, look at the left navigation bar.

Scroll to the Admin view section and click Team.

The Agent Activity page will open. Enter the agent name in the search field at the top and hit Enter. You can enter a full name or part of a name to see matches.

To narrow matches based on the agent status, click the funnel icon to the right. Click Not Signed Up to view all invited teammates who have not used their invitation link.

Find the desired agent and click Resend Credentials

The selected agent will receive another link to finish creating their account. Once a user has signed up, they will have the status: Signed-Up!
