Overview
Once you Integrate Follow Up Boss with Ruuster you’ll have all of the information from your app flowing right in Follow Up Boss (FUB) and be able to fully use the app from the embedded app right in Follow Up Boss. This means any actions you can take on the Ruuster app, such as inviting clients, saving searches, messaging clients, and more - can all be done in FUB!
Note: The embedded app is only available on the desktop version of FUB. If you are using the FUB mobile app, you will not be able to use the embedded app. You can instead review the other client information and perform actions using tags.
In this article, we’ll go over the information Ruuster displays in FUB and some actions you can take.
Embedded App
To see all the information from Ruuster, open the client’s profile under People in FUB. On the right is the embedded Ruuster app. Any actions you can take in the normal app can be done in the embedded app without leaving FUB.
Depending on your permission levels and if the client you are viewing is your client, there may be limited actions available in the embedded app.
For example, if the client is not assigned to you, you will not be able to send a chat to them, the Client Chat option will be greyed out and the feature unavailable. Some features will also be unavailable if a client has not yet completed their sign-up for the app. For example, you cannot message a client that does not have a complete account yet.
Note: If the Ruuster embedded app is not at the top of your screen, you can drag it up so you can see it at the top of a profile and use it more easily.
View Client Activity
Want to see what your client has been up to on the app? You can see all the information right in your FUB dashboard.
Open up the client profile and look for the Activity section. Here you’ll see a brief activity log of homes viewed by the client. You can click on a home to see more information.
Under the Notes section, there is a log of chats, searches, and all other actions taken by a client on the app.
Client Information
In the top left, you can see the client's contact information and any detail they provided about their home search.
Note: Any changes that you make in Follow Up Boss will automatically be synced to the app. For example, if you change a client’s assigned agent in Follow Up Boss, your client’s app will update with that new agent, provided that the agent has an account in the app as well. Information entered in Follow Up Boss will overwrite anything entered in your app.
Tags
Tags can be used to perform actions, such as to invite a client or to help you categorize and filter your clients.
Some tags are auto-generated when an action happens in the Ruuster app. For example, when a client completes their profile to sign up for the app, the App signup completed tag will appear.
Other tags you can add yourself to prompt an action.
To add a tag, locate the Tags section and click the plus sign or Add tag.
A window will open with all available tags. Use the checkboxes to select the desired tags and then click Save Tags.
To remove a tag, simply click the X next to the tag name.
You can use tags in creative ways to create automated processes or easily find and filter clients.
