Overview
As an agent, your picture will appear on your app landing page. Your profile picture will also display in the app when your clients see your name to call or contact. The same photo will be used for both the landing page headshot and your profile picture.
In this article, we’ll go over how to set a new photo for both places.
Note: Depending on agent permissions, you can also update the agency logo that appears on your landing page.
Update Profile Picture
On a desktop, click your username in the top right corner and select Account Settings.
On a mobile device, click the menu icon in the top right. In the new panel, select Account Settings.
Scroll down to the Your Headshot section.
If you already have a photo selected, you can see a preview of what it will look like for your Landing Page Photo and your Profile Photo.
Your Landing Page Photo will be shown on your website and your Profile Photo will be used in the app as a button for your clients to chat with you.
To change the picture, click Change Headshot.
Drag and drop an image into the field below or click the field to select an image from your device.
Tip: The recommended aspect ratio for logo images is 3:1 - 4:1
Once you’ve added an image you can make some small edits. Note that you can edit the photo and how it looks on your Landing Page and for your Profile Photo separately.
Crop Logo - Click and drag one of the image corners to crop the logo. For your profile photo, the image will be cropped as a circle, the dark area will be removed from the final image.
Rotate Image - Click the circular arrow under the image to rotate it.
Flip Image - Click the triangles to flip the logo horizontally.
Reset Changes - Click the X button to undo any changes you’ve made to your uploaded logo.
Scroll down and click Submit to keep your changes.
