There are two main things that admins can control agent access to:

Trusted Providers
Agent permissions for these two settings can be controlled at either the global level or the individual agent level.
A global-level permission setting means that it can be applied to entire groups of agents, either all agents in your agency, new/future agents, or even a group of selected agents.
An individual agent permission setting can override the global level setting only for that specific agent.
This is helpful if you want all of your new agents to have a specific agency logo, but have, for example, a team of three agents with their own brand name who you want to be allowed to add their own logo for their clients to see inside of the app. You would set a global permission that agents are not allowed to change the app logo, but on the two agents’ profiles, you would change the settings so that they could edit the logo.
Note: Use caution when applying global settings. If you made special settings for an agent but then applied a global setting to all existing users, your settings will be overwritten for that agent.
In this article, we’ll go over agency logo permissions, and how you can change them. If you want to set permissions for trusted vendors, see the article Manage Vendor Tabs.

Global-Level Permissions
On a mobile device, hit the menu button in the top right.
For desktops, look at the left navigation bar.
Scroll to the Admin view section and click Global Settings. In the dropdown, select Branding.
Look for the Allow Agent Override switch. Toggle this switch to the right means that all agents can change the logo you selected. Toggle the switch to the left means cannot edit the logo.
When you’re done, click Save. You will now have the option of how to apply this global setting. Select Save again to apply your changes to the desired groups.
Note: Logo changes do not impact the app name or icon on the home screen, it only changes the logo clients can see when they log into the app in the header of the app and in property update emails.
Individual Agent Permissions
To change an individual agent’s permission to edit logos, find and open the agent profile. For help finding a team member, see the article Manage Team Members. Remember, changing the options for an individual agent does not change anything in the global settings.
Scroll down to the Upload Agency Logo section. There you will see the Allow Agent Override switch. Toggle the switch right to allow this specific agent to change the agency logo and toggle the switch to the left to prevent this specific agent from changing the logo.
Note: An admin can also upload a custom logo for this agent on this screen without the agent needing an independent permission to do so. Simply click the “Change logo” icon and upload that logo.
Make sure to click Save to keep your changes.
