Staying in contact with your agent is a key part of the home-buying process! Using our app, your agent is never more than a click away.
Our app comes with built-in chat and call features that put you in direct contact with your agent.
Chat with Your Agent
To send a message to your agent, click the Chat button at the bottom of the app. If unread messages are waiting for you, you’ll see a notification circle in red!
You can also click Chat in the left menu to contact your agent. On mobile devices, click the menu icon in the top right and then select Chat.
There are all kinds of different things you can do in chat, we’ll go over them in the sections below.

Send a Message
Sending a message in the chat is simple. Click the Enter message field at the bottom of the chat, type your message, and hit the Enter key.
Add Attachments
You can send attachments from your device to your agent. In the chat, click the paperclip icon in the bottom right.
Select the file you wish to upload. You can attach images and text files for your agent.
You can also type a message in the Enter message field.
When you’re done, hit the Enter key to send the attachment.
Copy Messages
If there is a previous message sent by you or your agent that you want to copy and paste, click on the message and select the three dots. Choose Copy in the dropdown.
You can now paste the message anywhere you want.
Note: This only works with regular messages, you cannot copy an entire house listing.
Edit Messages
If you need to update a message you sent, click on the desired message. Select the three dots underneath the message and choose Edit.
The current message will open in a text box. Make any changes needed to the message and then click Save to apply your changes.
Send a Reaction Emoji
If you want to react to a message with an emoji, first click on the message. Underneath click the smile icon.
A menu of emojis will be displayed. Select the desired emoji and it will be sent as a reaction to the agent’s message.
If you selected the wrong emoji, click on it to remove it.
View Property Details
Both you and your agent can share properties in chat. To see more information about the property, simply click on the link.
The property details page will open.
When you’re done looking at the property, you can return to the chat using the top left arrow.
Find a Message
Looking for an older part of your conversation? Click the magnifying glass icon at the top of the chat.
Enter a keyword or part of the message you are looking for and hit Enter. A list of matching messages will appear below. Click on a message to jump to that part of the chat.
To leave the search, hit the X.
Delete a Message
To remove a message you sent, click on the desired message. Select the three dots underneath the message and click Delete.
Call Your Agent
If you’re using our app, you can call your agent with the click of a button! Click Call in the bottom menu to call your agent.
