Introduction

Ruuster provides a number of tags that will impact or reflect property search unsubscribes. Read below for more on how these tags impact both types of property alerts that Ruuster provides (AI Nurture alerts and Custom Saved Search alerts).

The Types of Tags Which Impact Property Alerts – and What Happens if Those Tags Are Removed

Below is a chart outlining the tag names related to unsubscribing from property alerts; the type(s) of search impacted by the tag; how and why the tag is applied; what the tag impacts practically; and the outcome of removing the tag.

ruuster_e-alert_unsubscribed	AI Nurture	Manual. An agent manually applies it to the lead in CRM.	The client/ lead will not receive any AI Nurture alerts.	The client/ lead will be eligible to receive AI Nurture alerts.
ruuster_e-alert_user_unsubscribed	AI Nurture Custom Saved Searches	Automated. A client/ lead selects to "Unsubscribe" from a Ruuster-generated property alert.	The client/ lead will not receive any AI Nurture alerts. The client/ lead will not receive alerts from existing custom saved searches. However, the agent can choose the email notification type again for existing custom saved searches and/ or create new custom saved searches with the email notification type, and in these cases, the client/ lead will receive alerts from those specific existing and/ or new custom saved searches.	The client/lead will not receive Custom Search alerts from existing custom saved searches affected by this tag if the agent or user hasn’t restored the email notification channel. The client/ lead will be eligible to receive AI Nurture alerts.
ruuster_e-alert_auto_unsubscribed	AI Nurture Custom Saved Searches	Automated. In general this tag is applied if our email provider, Sendgrid, sends a webhook with one of these event names: 'spamreport', 'unsubscribe', 'group_unsubscribe', 'bounce', 'dropped'.	The client/ lead will not receive any AI Nurture alerts. The client/ lead will not receive alerts from existing custom saved searches. However, the agent can choose the email notification type again for existing custom saved searches and/ or create new custom saved searches with the email notification type, and in these cases, the client/ lead will receive alerts from those specific existing and/ or new custom saved searches.	The client/lead will not receive Custom Search alerts from existing custom saved searches affected by this tag if the agent or user hasn’t restored the email notification channel. The client/ lead will be eligible to receive AI Nurture alerts.
ruuster_invalid	AI Nurture	Manual. An agent manually applies it to the lead in CRM.	The client/ lead will not receive any AI Nurture alerts.	The client/ lead will be eligible to receive AI Nurture alerts.
