If you know a client is no longer working with your agency, you can remove them from your app. Use caution when deleting a client, as this cannot be undone and will remove all information associated with them.

Follow the steps below to delete a client from your app.

Delete a Client

Open the Client Activity page to get started. If you’re not sure how to find the Client Activity page, see our article Find and View a Client for a quick tutorial. 

Use the search bar at the top to find the desired client. 

When you’ve found the desired client, click the right arrow to open the client profile. 

At the very top, click Delete Account.
