Overview 

When you look through properties and go on tours, it can be helpful to have a way to prioritize your favorites. In our app, you can rate properties with 0-5 stars so that you can see at a glance which ones should be top contenders!

You can rate properties on their price, size, fixtures, and location! These ratings will be averaged together to give a property an average rating.

If you’ve rated a property, you will see its score in search results and the property detail page. If you haven’t rated a property yet, you’ll see grayed-out stars. 

In this article, we’ll go over how to rate properties in our app. 

Rate Properties

To rate a property, open its details page. Scroll down to the Property Rating section. Click the rating you want to give a property for its Price, Size, Fixtures, and Location. 

The overall property rating will be an average of the four ratings you filled in. You can change the rating by simply clicking on a different star, changes will be applied automatically.
