Your username is based on the first and last name entered by you or your agent when creating your account. You can update your name at any time in the account settings. We’ll go over how to update your username in the article below.
Change Your User Name
On a desktop, click your username in the top right corner and select Account Settings.
On a mobile device, click the menu icon in the top right. In the new panel, select Account Settings.
Under the My Settings section, enter the correct name in the First Name and Last Name fields. When you’re done click Save Changes.
Your username will now be updated!
